Luxury Home Magazine® began in Portland, Oregon in 2002 to serve the needs of real estate agents looking for a new and innovative way to promote their listings and services to the local luxury homeowner marketplace. Luxury Home Magazine’s unique design, exceptional photography of incredible homes and targeted distribution methods quickly established the publication as the advertising method of choice for top producing agents. In an effort to further distinguish the publication, Luxury Home Magazine upgraded to a larger page size in 2003 and earned the name "The Coffee Table Magazine."
In 2005, after establishing a proven track record and proof of concept in Portland, OR, Luxury Home Magazine opened its second magazine in Sacramento, CA. With the successful Sacramento & Portland publications in place, Luxury Home Magazine began to spread nationwide in 2006 through enterprising and entrepreneurial minded individuals seeking the opportunity to publish the magazine in various markets across the country. The strong growth of the LHM organization has enabled it to stay connected to each local market while also establishing it as a nationally recognized brand. This powerful resource for realtors and publishers has allowed some of the brightest people in both industries the ability to collaborate on many new and exciting projects.
